This is how Fadercane was born and how it keeps going! Since 2005, the band has seen several changes in style, taste and number of members.
In 2008 the band had to say goodbye to members who were also friends. Friends who decided to leave due to personal commitments. This meant the recording and live performances had to be put on hold for many months to come
while the band regrouped.
Soon a new drummer joins the band - Sean - but there is no bass player yet. Later that year Matt B injures his throat and found himself sitting on the bench for several months. Unable to sing and still without a bassist, Matt B doesn't give up and starts playing bass guitar.
What was a 5 piece band, today has become a trio. Their debut album, "Secrets behind Lies" will be available soon.
The album is written with one thing in mind: solid rock with flavour.
The songs are rock based, but add other styles. "We don’t mind to experiment but it has to make sense. A mess of styles won't sound good!!" Chris says.
In today's music business where just pretty faces and shiny legs seem to get the
most attention, the odds don't seem to be in favour of Fadercane. But if you're tired of the usual pop band and want to fight for better music ...and also want pretty faces and shiny legs,...well, there is only one place to go ... on stage with FADERCANE.
